Certification on Project management from FMIT Institute, HCMC.
In agency side, Quyen had experienced in both national and global role. Key categories that she leaded: automotive, pharmaceuticals, finance & banking. Quyen was Automotive Syndicated Champion in Kantar TNS Malaysia.
In Client side, Quyen was core team member of Bank Customer Experience Initiative, Project leader/ owner a bank wide customer satisfaction evaluation study.
In her role at GPC as project director, she would be primarily looking towards bringing actionable insights to clients through market & consumer behavior understanding.
