Quyen has more than 10 years in market research. Quyen strive with honesty and integrity. She always focused and motivated by a desire to understand and deliver customer’s voice to Client. Quyen is perceptive to Client's marketing problem, business strategy and oriented to provide the solution.


  • A Bachelor of Humanities and Society from HCMC University.
  • Certification on Project management from FMIT Institute, HCMC.


  • In agency side, Quyen had experienced in both national and global role. Key categories that she leaded: automotive, pharmaceuticals, finance & banking. Quyen was Automotive Syndicated Champion in Kantar TNS Malaysia.
  • In Client side, Quyen was core team member of Bank Customer Experience Initiative, Project leader/ owner a bank wide customer satisfaction evaluation study.


In her role at GPC as project director, she would be primarily looking towards bringing actionable insights to clients through market & consumer behavior understanding.
